Sick and tired of the dinner-and-a-movie routine? Read on for some new, fun date ideas! 1. Head down to the local antique mall. You may hate shopping, but it’s always fun to browse through treasures of yester-year. This could open the door to some good conversations about life growing up. 2. Tour the house you would love to own. Get dressed up and go to that open house hosted in your dream home. Pretend you are really in the market to buy the house. Discuss where you’d put the furniture, and laugh about the hideous decorating the prior owner did. 3. Grab your laptop, a blanket, and a bottle of wine. Head to a grassy field and write a story together. 4. Go to a dollar store or discount store with a $5 budget. Buy the wackiest gift you can find. Make your date use it!

9. Teach each other your hobbies. Everyone is good at something. Pick a day where you can teach your date how to perfect her golf swing, and then let her teach you how to master your tennis serve. 10. Go to the roller derby. Tickets are cheap, and it is sure to be a unique experience. 11. Go to trivia night. Many bars host a trivia game night sometime during the week. Have fun competing against other teams, and working together to beat them! 12. Watch the sunrise together. It’s much more unique than watching a sunset. Get up early, find a great spot to view the sunrise, and then go to breakfast together. 13. Unplug. Turn off the television, computer, and lights. Obviously, you will need to make dinner ahead of time. Light your home with candles, and spend the evening together sans electricity. Read to each other, talk to each other, or simply cuddle by the fire. 14. Go to a local park and play on the swing set. This is a good way to bond and to put yourself and your date at ease. The two of you can play, laugh, and relive childhood memories.

The Final Words

As a female, I honestly hate it when guys try to “pick up” on me. Nothing looks more pathetic than some loser ambling over to me, fumbling around, stuttering his words, not making eye contact, with the sole intention of only getting my phone number. Simon’s approach is simple and genuine. This is how men SHOULD be picking up women in bars and at coffee shops. You don’t even have to have good looks, a six digit bank account and packing 10 inches…..you just need confidence, and Simon is the man to help you with your game. I honestly don’t like the word “game”. “Game” suggests that you are doing just that. Playing games. I (and almost every other girl out there) like to be approached in a genuine, honest manner.
